One thing’s certain: always bet on red. Make a date with lady luck and zin to sin. $49 plus tax gets you chips to gamble, zinfandel to sample, prizes to win, and the authentic Cajun jambalaya buffet. You can press your luck at the card tables while sampling zinfandel wine futures from Eden Canyon Vineyards and Periscope Cellars. Prizes will be awarded to the luckiest or savviest players. Winnings include a vertical of our “Estate” wines as well as futures, wine glasses, and other prizes. Help your chances by dressing in your best New Orleans style.

If you need a break from the action, join Chef Terry Paulding for an exclusive oyster shucking class. She’ll show you how to shuck half-dozen oysters and pair them with her special sauces.

Dealers and tables will be open from 7:00-11:00PM.
Buffet dinner from 7:00-10:00 PM. Menu: jambalaya, cornbread, peppery greens salad with blue cheese and pecans, New Orleans bread pudding with rum sauce.

Optional oyster classes on the half-hour, starting at 7:00 PM. Pay in advance and sign up for a class when you arrive.
